Stay steps from Wrigley Field in one of the most iconic rooftop buildings in Wrigleyville, formerly known for its Budweiser sign and now home to the Guaranteed Rate billboard. You’ll hear the crowd, see the stadium lights, and feel the full game-day energy from the moment you arrive. The entrance to the bleachers and the ballpark is right outside your door, making access effortless.
This property sits directly beyond the left field wall, with nothing between you and Waveland Avenue, the street that runs along the stadium’s exterior.
The outdoor patio is a rare feature, offering approximately 120 feet of unobstructed frontage along Waveland Avenue. During games, this area fills with “ballhawks” hoping to catch home runs and many of those balls land directly on the property, often in the yard or on the patio itself. Guests frequently end up with authentic home run balls.
The patio includes a high end Weber Genesis grill and a large picnic table, making it ideal for entertaining, people watching, and taking in the full Wrigleyville atmosphere before, during, and after games.
There is simply no closer residential experience to the ballpark, this is as immersive as it gets.

This was an excellent place to rent in the area of Wrigleyville. We were in walking distance from all things Chicago Cubs and a bike ride from Lake Michigan. Highly recommend.

Very spacious, perfectly clean, and an ideal location. What more.could you want? I would happily stay here for every Cubs game if it's available. The hosts were extremely responsive and very helpful.

After some minor issues upon arrival, the host responded quickly. The communication was great, and the location is so convenient. If you are staying off-season, I would plan on making a quick store run for general supplies, an easy walk. We stayed for 2 weeks; there was no washer or dryer on the property, but the laundromat was a short car ride away. Would definitely stay here again. Love the Wrigleyville neighborhood!!

Great location and perfect for Cubs game. Basics were not maintained though. Bring your own light bulbs and batteries for tv remotes. And hunt through the cluttered junk drawer to find a lighter to use the stove. The marketing materials didn’t specify that there are steep steps up to the second floor unit without adequate safety railings so just be aware if anyone in your party has reduced mobility. There is also a back door leading to a dark staircase that felt less than safe even with the locks that were installed. The streets are very loud during a Cubs game which should be expected. This seems like a great party house but not ideal for a family trip. Be aware that you have to secure your own parking and there are options close by. But dropping off suitcases or groceries is difficult with the traffic so be prepared to haul your stuff from your car. The charm of the old building is apparent but was turned off by seeing a clean shower with used toiletries left in the bathroom, stains on the couch. Although there were throw blankets for the couch they didn’t appear or smell like they had been washed recently so were not useful. Bring your own.
