About this apartment rental
Furnished 2 P. apartment of 28 m2. It is located in a residential area of Cannes. This residence has a beautiful southern park with hundred-year-old trees.
The apartment is crossing, well exposed and enjoys the freshness of the vegetation in summer. It is air-conditioned.
Its highlight: The magnificent sea view you have from the terrace!
It consists of an entrance hall with cupboard, living room with kitchenette and dining area opening onto a covered terrace of 6m2, bedroom, bathroom and separate toilet.
I would like to point out that towels, bath towels, bed linen are included in the rental price
You also benefit from an underground parking lot within the residence, a magnificent infinity pool facing the sea. It is free (only deckchairs are paid in July and August: 5€ for 1/2 day).
The sandy beach is 600 metres away (about 12 minutes walk)
The centre of Cannes (Palais des Festivals, La Croisette, Casino, Rue commerciale de la Rue d'Antibes, ...) is between 30 and 40 minutes on foot. Possibility to take the bus at the bottom of the street.
