Villa Belvedere, a little paradise on the picturesque Dalmatian coast, is an exquisite vacation home for lovers of tranquility, nature, fresh air, clean beaches, and close proximity to tourist attractions, the most beautiful Dalmatian towns, beaches, and national parks.
The beautiful and modern Villa Belvedere features four stunning vacation apartments and is situated on a 1,200 m² estate in a wonderful natural setting. In the garden, you’ll find a brand-new, chlorine-free saltwater pool (heated) with an outdoor kitchen and two lounges, all offering fantastic ocean views across the entire bay and of the islands of Drvenik, Šolta, Vis, and the smaller islets.
All apartments feature their own private terraces where you can enjoy the wonderful views of the sea and the garden. The following amenities are also available to our guests:
shared pool and summer kitchen with a De’Longhi espresso machine, 2 lounges, BBQ, table tennis, foosball, ice cream maker, storage room, beach mats and umbrellas, masks, fins, and children’s swimming gear in various sizes.
An extra-large freezer is also available.
The location of Villa Belvedere is the perfect starting point for exploring Dalmatia. Located right on the sea in a beautiful, quiet bay with lovely beaches, just 5 km from the UNESCO city of Trogir, 15 km from Split Airport, 30 km from Split, and 60 km from Šibenik and Krka National Park.
In the bay of Seget Vranjica, there are several typical Dalmatian restaurants, all right on the water, two beach bars, two small supermarkets, a bakery, and taxi boats to Trogir, Medena Resort, Seget Donji, and the surrounding islets!
Seget Vranjica is an ideal starting point for walks along the coast. Right in front of the villa, the path runs along the sea for 5 km to Seget Donji
. It’s also an ideal starting point for trips to Trogir, Split, Primošten, Šibenik, Krka National Park, the Kornati Islands, and the islands of Drvenik, Hvar, Brač, and Vis.
The beautiful beaches of Seget Vranjica are just a few minutes’ walk from the villa.
Four bicycles (free of charge) and a 150 hp motorboat are available for our guests—price upon request.
The villa features 8 private, shaded parking spaces.
Seget Vranjica Bay boasts a variety of beaches along its 500-meter-long coastline. The bay’s most beautiful beaches are located 100 m from the villa.
We are a cheerful family with a wealth of knowledge and a passion for our country, which we’ll gladly share with you.
We all speak excellent German.

The appartment was nice and cool with a big balcony to enjoy the view. There was a nice swimming pool to cool of in during the warm summer days. We had a very friendly host who helped us with the bbq and also brought caje and drinks when he saw that the guests where relaxing st the pool.

We enjoyed our stay and loved the outdoor spaces (our large terrace living room and the shared pool area). The pool area/ outdoor kitchen are super fun and we loved hanging out there during the day and evenings.
Communication was difficult at times and a bit unclear at first who to contact… overall though, Danko was very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay (but he doesn’t really respond to WhatsApp messages so contact Diana if you need anything).
The listing photos are all mixed together between apartments so we weren’t quite sure what we were getting, but we were pleasantly surprised when we showed up. Lovely master bedroom and the apartment has 3 bedrooms and a living room that could be used as a 4th bedroom (with sofa bed).
Getting to Trogir for excursions was a bit of a pain, water taxi wasn’t really running yet and the bus runs once a day at 7am… so we were basically taking a cab or Uber to go to Trogir (we didn’t want to rent a car and chose this space based on location). The town itself is cute with a few restaurants and rocky beaches. I think a welcome binder with information about cabs, water taxis, nearby stuff, welcome info, etc would be very helpful.
