About this house rental
Charming Bourbonnais house, covered terrace facing south with view of the meadows,
Semi-enclosed grounds.
7km also from the castle of Beauvoir and the Parc Le Pal in St Pourçain sur Besbre.
Can accommodate only 10 people, including children, plus babies as well as 1 person with reduced mobility, (either rent a medical bed or existing sofa bed) in large living room, shower room and toilet on the first floor, external access by ramp. Loan of an electric scooter for travel in property.
First floor: 2 living rooms, 1 with fireplace, 1 kitchen + 1 kichenette, 1 bathroom, separate toilet, 1 shower room with W1 shower room with WC.
Upstairs: 5 independent bedrooms, 1 of which is on the mezzanine. All the bedrooms are adjoining (not connected by a corridor), they are closed by a door and open into each other. Bedrooms 1 and 5 are served by a staircase each.
1st bedroom, 1 double bed, 2nd bedroom, 2 single beds, 3rd bedroom, 2 single beds, 4th bedroom, 1 double bed, 5th bedroom, 1 double bed. Note that the sanitary facilities are located on the first floor.
Sheets and towels, dish towels and tablecloths provided, except pool towels.
Dishwasher, washing machine, 2 fridges (high freezing), oven and microwave oven, TV, radio, electric heating. WI FI. Library available for adults and children and board games. Baby facilities: 2 cots, bottle warmer, high chair, 1 booster seat, bath, 2 toilet adapter seats.
Garden furniture, tables, daybed, sun loungers, parasols, barbecue, table tennis, badminton, swing, sandpit, toys and small children's bikes. Petanque court with boules provided.
Possibility of access to the owner's private swimming pool under the responsibility of the tenants. This pool is only frequented by the owner and occasionally by her grandchildren.
Unheated swimming pool, 100 m from the house in closed enclosure (round: diameter 8 m, depth 1 m 30) water treated with salt.
Pets are not allowed.
During low season, possibility to rent the house with 1 or 2 bedrooms, contact the owner.

Cute house with beautiful terrace and view, private pool and everything has been thought of, ideal for large families or good friends and kids. Sweet owner with a beautiful vegetable garden, been there for the second year in a row. Highly recommented!

Wonderful period property in spectacular rural setting. Well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Pool immaculate and lots of longers. Plenty to see and do around including le pal, aquapark, museums and small towns to visit. Lovely local restaurants too. Can recommend 👌

Friendly owner and very pleasant property in lovely location. Great out door spaces with private veranda and large pool.

The owner was welcoming and friendly; the house worked because we were family but interconnecting bedrooms would make it a bit odd perhaps for larger groups. The outside space is good; the inside a bit split up - but the weather was good so this didn’t matter.
