About this apartment rental
Gelsomoro is an apartment in BORGOCASALCRISTIANA.
It is a wonderful multi-level apartment:
First floor: kitchen, dining room, and living room; guest bathroom; and a large panoramic terrace equipped for outdoor dining.
First floor: two bedrooms and a bathroom; second floor: an attic bedroom overlooking the double bedroom.
The apartments are located in a brick residential complex about 2 km from the sea and 800 meters from the medieval village of Torre di Palme, nestled among the olive groves of the Marche countryside.
The village consists of a large farmhouse dating from the 1800s, divided into several apartments, and other smaller buildings housing additional residential units; the complex features a large communal park and ample parking, both outdoor and indoor.
Rounding out the residential complex is a stunning swimming pool with a sea view and an adjoining sun deck, equipped with lounge chairs and umbrellas, as well as a large playground for children.
The properties are located specifically within the main farmhouse
Due to their location within the village, the homes also feature a large communal garden and an uncovered parking space.
The apartments, in addition to offering breathtaking views, feature high-quality finishes.
Thanks to its location atop a hill, the village allows the apartments to enjoy panoramic views of both the sea and the surrounding Marche countryside from every part of the home,
making it the perfect choice for those who want to enjoy the sea while remaining in the tranquility of the Marche countryside.
In addition, we offer our guests special discounts at local beach clubs and restaurants.
