About this villa rental
In the landscape of the High Salento, between millenarian olive trees and a crystalline sea, you will find this splendid Villa characterized by a lush private garden with attention to detail and a large swimming pool located in the center of the property.
POOL:
The large swimming pool, completely renovated in 2017, measures 6 m. x 15 m. plus the recessed staircase that was created with the use of the steps of the Softwalk® of Piscine Castiglione / Myrtha Pools, to make access to the pool more comfortable and safe and to stop on the stairway, which often becomes a playground for the children. The depth is increasing, from a minimum of cm. 100 to a maximum of 320 cm.

We adopt a process of continuous improvement to reduce the environmental impact.
ENERGY: Villa Delle Lantane has a photovoltaic solar plant for the production of electricity.
ENERGY USE: the air conditioning systems in the rooms and all the appliances, refrigerators, washing machine, tumbler, are of energy class A or higher.
LIGHTING: the energy saving on the lights is made using only LED lamps.
All the external lighting, avenue, garden, patio, swimming pool, is managed through automatic crepuscular systems.
WASTE DISPOSAL: the structure carries out separate waste collection.
GARDEN: the presence of plants purifies the environment and helps to make pleasant the spaces of the accommodation.
The planting of trees in the exteriors not only absorbs CO2, but extends the spaces usable by guests.
A green lung of 10,000 square meters. The facility is committed to reducing the use of herbicides, pesticides and chemical agents for the maintenance of green areas.
VILLA DELLE LANTANE is disposed on 120 square meters of living space, in an exclusive setting ideal for families with children but also for spending romantic holidays in a private and quiet environment.
From the long driveway you reach the main door that leads, through a hallway, directly to the "living area" consisting of: living room with fireplace, dining room and kitchen, and a bathroom with shower; from a first door window accesses the patio set up to organize delicious outdoor lunches.
On the right wing of the house, we find the sleeping area: two double bedrooms, one of which (master bedroom) with walk-in closet with direct access to the garden, large bathroom with adjacent bath, and a double bedroom with walk-in closet.
OUTDOOR LIVING SPACE: a covered area of about 40 m. squares protects the area where a large dining table is located, the barbecue area, a small sofa with two armchairs and its small table. The ideal place to stay outdoors, have dinner and relax.
SOLARIUM: the large solarium area surrounding the swimming pool is equipped with four Gazebo.
The first gazebo houses a comfortable sitting area, consisting of a sofa, two armchairs and a small table, perfect for an aperitif or to chat in a magnificent and exclusive setting.
Under the other three Gazebo are the sun loungers and the tables that complete the pool-side decor with a view of the property's park.

The Villa is perfect, the gardens and pool are wonderful. Excellent outdoor area for chilling and a fully equipped kitchen. Should you want to stay in. Communication with Laura was above and beyond. (Especially when the wife thought she had lost her mothers eternity ring, Laura and Stefano where on the scence in 30 minutes to check the pool and filters).Situated in a very quite and secluded location, just 8 minutes from the local town. And very good access to the airport and coastlines of Puglia.By the way.The ring was found in the house . Thank you again for sharing your house Laura. The Frost family. X

We had a wonderful stay here in late June/early July 2026. Laura and Anna were wonderful hosts despite a very sad family tragedy just a couple of days earlier - unbelievable.The pool is AMAZING ... it wasn't just our 15 daughter and her friend who loved it (and stayed in it for hours each evening) - my wife and I loved it also. It's super clean as there is a robot that cleans it at the push of a button. The diving board was also used a lot - great fun.The outdoor area and garden are wonderful - it even has a banana tree! We lit a few citronella candles and had no/very few mosquito bites between the lot of us.The villa is about a 5 minute drive from Mesagne and about 10 minutes from a big supermarket and also a Lidl. We found it a good base to explore the region.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to anyone - you'll love it!

This is Villa is beautiful! The photos do not do it justice. The pool and garden is particularly stunning. We were so pleased we booked this place. And Corrado (our contact for the villa) was so helpful-he bought us dinner for the first night as we did not arrive until late, he booked us local restaurants which were excellent and he regularly checked in with us to make sure we were ok. We had a lovely time and would definitely recommend this villa for anyone visiting the area. It was a good location to get to Brindisi and the local town Mesagne was lovely. We also visted Ostuni and Lecce while we were there and they were not far. It also has an excellent supermarket only 10 minutes drive away.

My family and I have just returned from a wonderful trip to Puglia. We had a fantastic time at the villa; it is in an excellent location to explore many of the must sees of Puglia, it was impeccably clean, with the exterior of the villa being a particular highlight The pool itself is huge and the gardens are glorious Corrado was incredibly helpful during our stay, recommending and booking restaurants, and dealing with any queries we may have had.
Overall I would totally recomnend this wonderful villa, you will not be disappointed!
