Situated in a quiet location in Alt-Westerland, the house sits on a spacious lot and offers plenty of privacy thanks to a Frisian earthen wall and mature hedges. The sunny southwest-facing terrace invites you to spend relaxing hours in a beach chair and wind down the day in peace. The beach and Sylt’s West Beach are easily accessible and offer ideal conditions for long walks and restful vacation days.
On the first floor, a light-filled living area with floor-to-ceiling windows awaits you. The combination of stylish furnishings, fine natural materials, and modern design elements creates a particularly elegant atmosphere. The fireplace ensures cozy evenings, while the spacious dining area is perfect for gatherings. The open kitchen, finished in elegant black, is equipped with high-quality Siemens appliances, an induction cooktop, a wine refrigerator, and a Nespresso machine—leaving nothing to be desired.
The bedrooms are cozy, high-quality, and luxuriously designed, each furnished with a double bed (180 x 200 cm). Upstairs is the exclusive master bedroom with a walk-in closet and en suite bathroom, as well as another bedroom with its own bathroom. The lower level features an additional bedroom and another modern bathroom.
A special highlight is the private wellness area with a sauna and bathtub, offering pure relaxation after an eventful day on Sylt—regardless of the weather or season.
With 4 flat-screen TVs, Wi-Fi, and the Sonoro luxury sound system with Bluetooth, entertainment options are well taken care of.
A private parking space is available for guests arriving by car.

House Rules/Pricing Information:
All accommodation rates are based on a maximum of 2 people.
Each additional person is charged €23 per night.
Plus a one-time fee of €296 for final cleaning and €25 for the booking fee.

- Please schedule check-in and check-out days for Saturday, Sunday, Friday, or Thursday whenever possible, subject to the occupancy schedule and availability. Other arrival days available upon request.
- Plus visitor’s tax (ages 18 and up): €4.10 per person per day from May 1 to October 31, or €2.05 per person per day from January 1 to April 30.
The visitor’s tax is payable at the time of booking and will be forwarded by us to the tourist office.
- On holidays, the minimum stay is 7 nights.
