This 8 bedroom vacation home, located at Champions Gate, offers sleeping space for up to 18 guests including bedrooms for the animated yellow troublemaker lovers or ice princess in the family. The outdoor patio deck allows you and your loved ones to enjoy the warm weather and sunshine Florida has to offer with a screened in private swimming pool and spillover spa. The entertainment never ends even after long days at the theme parks are over with a galactic themed games room equipped with an air hockey and foosball table as well as a home theater and upper floor loft area with a pool table.
The Champions Gate community features an Oasis clubhouse with a resort-style pool, water slide, lazy river, and splash pad. The resort also offers a fitness center, spa, tennis court, sand volleyball, and a 18 hole golf course. We were a group of 12, ages 11-79. This property was just as described. We found Barry to be super communicative and helpful. The beds were very comfy and there are so many nice amenities and a ton of space. We could all gather in the great room, or spread out for alone time. You can tell there have been some renters through that were rough on the place but it still in pretty good shape and comfortable. The complex does attract party people and families with kids so it can get loud, especially on weekend nights. But they patrol to try to address noise issues. I am happy to report the game room is not loud in the rest of the house though! The kitchen is well stocked, but as the listing describes, you will need to bring all food items including salt, pepper, oil and so on. The cleaners weren't perfect, but in my mind they were minor things. And we loved the regular trash pick up. We mostly kept to the house since the kids were happy and traffic into Orlando was so bad. Renters with balance issues might find the shower floor slippery, or the pool hard to get in or out of without a handrail. I found this house to be a great value and Barry to be a great host. It worked perfectly for us! Thank you for a great week!

We had an amazing stay for the week! The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we could possibly need for a relaxing vacation. It was easy to find, located in a nice, quiet neighborhood, and in a perfect location for visiting theme parks and other nearby attractions.The owner was wonderful to work with—communication was excellent from start to finish, and we had absolutely no issues during our stay. We truly felt at home here.We're honestly sad to leave! This is a beautiful home, and we will definitely be back. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and stress-free vacation rental.
