"Dannauer Reetkate" Vacation Home, near Weissenhäuser Strand. *
Our idyllic thatched cottage in Wiesengrund was built in 1780 and completely renovated and restored in 2015.
The result is two separate vacation apartments designed for your comfort. The “Landlust” apartment is on the first floor, and the “Wiesenblick” apartment is on the upper floor.
The house is situated in a quiet location, right on the quaint village pond in Dannau, with a magnificent view of the unspoiled nature of the flooded reed meadows.
The beautiful Weissenhäuser Strand beach, as well as the small town of Oldenburg in Holstein for shopping and strolling, are just a short drive or bike ride away.
Direct highway access toward the port city of Heiligenhafen and the island of Fehmarn.
The village has one restaurant, “Zum Farmer,” serving home-style cooking.

For travelers by train, there is an ICE station in Oldenburg in Holstein.
From there, you can easily take a taxi or bus to Dannau, which is 3 km away.
Both vacation apartments come with parking spaces,
storage for bicycles, and a separate room with a washing machine.
In addition, our idyllically located property features cozy spots to relax
and recharge, as well as a barbecue area with patio furniture and a barrel-shaped gazebo.
Electricity, water, and heat are included,
and a linens package is included. This includes made-up beds per person upon arrival,
2 hand towels, 1 bath towel, and 1 dish towel.

Earliest check-in time: 2:00 PM
Check-out by 10:00 AM at the latest
If there is no immediate follow-up booking, earlier check-in or later check-out may be possible.
