About this cottage rental
Newly Renovated! This home has close access to the 33 bi pass, and is on a scenic setting in Lancaster Ohio. We have this home set up for your next get away to Lancaster or the Hocking Hills region. The upper floor has an open floor plan with a recently upgraded kitchen, comfortable beds, a deck with table set overlooking the wooded and private back yard. There are is a staircase from lower level to reach the First Floor* 3 bedrooms are on the first floor with the master having private access to 1st floor bath. On the lower level (where you will enter home and park vehicle) you'll find several games and activities; a full bath and laundry room, Air Hockey, Foosball and game table, and to top it off ample seating in a comfortable great room with a full sofa sleeper. Out back: a 6 person hot tub, back deck, charcoal grill and sandstone steps that take you to the fire pit. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like a 6-8 person hot tub, AC, Smart Tvs in all living and bedrooms, Internet with high speed WiFi, laundry room with washer and dryer. Fall in love with Lancaster and enjoy the magic Hocking Hills has to offer.
A "Starter* of the following items will be provided:
a roll of paper towels, 4-6 individual coffee pods, dish soap and 4 dishwasher pods, toilet paper and trash bags will be provided in kitchen and bathrooms.
Recommended items to bring: charcoal and firewood if using fire pit or grill, for stays more than 3 days, extra paper towels and toilet paper, laundry soap, and toiletries for personal use.

I cannot say enough good things about this property! Checkin procedures were timely provided and a breeze to complete. The home was exactly as described and was very clean upon arrival. The “game room” was as described and included many more fun board games my kids had a great time playing with. There was plenty of space throughout the home to relax together and have space apart. This home was the best stocked rental with basic items that I have ever been at. The property was well maintained, spacious, and quiet. A short drive to Hocking Hills and other local hiking areas. I cannot say enough good things about this rental!

Great place to stay! We enjoyed taking the kids to lake Logan to swim and rent pontoon boat. Also enjoyed exploring nearby Hocking Hills. The home was perfect- clean, spacious, private, and had everything we needed and more. Thank you!

Such a great rental! Feels secluded while still having access to things. Loved the hot tub and variety of games provided. Plenty of hangout space for the whole family. Kitchen was well stocked! Would highly recommend!
