Beach and City: A modern 3-bedroom apartment for up to 5 guests, just three blocks from the beach in Poblenou’s 22@ district.
It is a quiet area with plenty of leisure options nearby, close to the Glòries and Diagonal Mar shopping centers and well connected to the city center by metro, bus, and tram.

The apartment is bright, modern, and equipped with everything you need for your stay in Barcelona. It has air conditioning in the living room and the master bedroom, a TV, and free Wi-Fi.
- Bedroom 1: double bed (1.50 x 2.00 m), air conditioning, and a window facing the street
- Bedroom 2: single trundle bed that converts into a double (two 0.80 x 2.00 m mattresses) and a ceiling fan
- Bedroom 3: single bed (0.90 x 2.00 m), closet, and ceiling fan
- Bedrooms 2 and 3 face an inner courtyard
- Bathroom with shower and hair dryer
- Separate, fully equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker, and kettle
- Washing machine, iron, and ironing board
- Street-facing living-dining room with a sofa, TV, and a balcony
Bed linens, towels, hand soap, and basic amenities are provided.

The apartment is on the third floor of a building with an elevator.
Nearest metro stations: Selva de Mar and Poblenou (L4), two blocks away. Line L4 takes you directly to the Fòrum, the Barceloneta beaches, the Gothic Quarter (Jaume I), Urquinaona (next to Plaça de Catalunya), Passeig de Gràcia (near Casa Batlló and La Pedrera), and the Gràcia neighborhood.

A baby cot and a high chair or booster seat can be provided free of charge upon request, subject to availability.

This apartment is located in a residential building. Families with children of any age are welcome; groups must consist of adults aged 30 or older.

According to local regulations, all guests must present a valid ID (DNI or passport) for traveler registration.

A €300 deposit is required via credit card upon arrival (not applicable to Airbnb reservations). The deposit will be refunded to the same card within 7 days after check-out, following an inspection of the apartment.

The following charges may be deducted from the deposit: lost or unreturned key set, €100; stained (sunscreen, makeup, shoe soles, discoloration) or damaged bed linens or towels, €15 each; smoking inside the apartment, €150 for extra cleaning and deodorization; an additional hour of special cleaning due to the condition in which the apartment is left, €17 + VAT (21%).

For Airbnb reservations, any of these charges, as well as damage and penalties, will be claimed through Airbnb’s AirCover.

Tourist tax not included: it must be paid at the rate applicable at the time of check-in. It applies per guest (aged 17 and older) and per night, with a maximum charge of seven nights. The current rate is €10.45 (the amount may change at any time in accordance with local regulations).

Late check-in fee: €30 from 8:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.; €50 from 11:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. This fee is charged directly to the guest checking in and is never deducted from the security deposit.

Pets and parties are not allowed. Please respect the neighbors’ right to rest from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

Very important: only the guests listed on the reservation may stay in the apartment. Overnight stays by anyone else constitute a very serious violation and may result in significant penalties. Daytime visitors require prior authorization from Opening Doors and must leave by 10:00 p.m.

Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.

Turn off the lights and air conditioning when you are not at home. We kindly ask you to avoid waste and use electricity, water, and gas responsibly. Excessive consumption may result in deductions from the security deposit.

Before leaving, please dispose of your trash in the bins outside the building and place your dishes in the dishwasher.

Please note that a Short-Term Rental Agreement, detailing the terms summarized here, must be signed via the online check-in form before your stay.
