We enjoyed out stay at the house and it was very comfortable. The only negative was the downstairs laundry was very dirty with lint and dirt everywhere. The location is amazing.

BBQ ignition did not work & no lighter/matches

The vacation rental was clean.
I was very happy with the location.
I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

Property in a great location very easy access to beach & walkways.Property need some attention becoming rundown but all in all not a bad place for a short stay.We have been staying in the Dalmeny/Narooma area for 40-50 years & have stayed at many properties this one would be 5 out 10.Regards

I'm not sure what $160 worth of cleaning fees gets you these days, but we found an old lamb chop under the bed and about 2 years worth of couch treasure under the sofa.
