Chickadee Cottage is a cozy family owned home just footsteps from trails and entrance to Acadia National Park. Enjoy peace and tranquility on the back deck, while also only being a short walk to downtown Bar Harbor's restaurants and shops. The entrance to the park is right next door so bring your bike and/or hiking shoes to enjoy all Acadia has to offer. The home is also well appointed with all modern amenities to help create an enjoyable stay.

It was a great place to stay. It was close to the park and Bar Harbor. It had everything we needed, and the host was great to work with. We are very happy with our stay there.

Well taken care of, very comfortable with plenty of seating with all the comforts of home. The condo has a cooler, great patio, coffee supplies, and dry condiments, which was very helpful. Great location!! The one thing I can suggest is black out blinds in the master bedroom and a new mattress.

Great location, plenty of space for our family of five (2 adults, 3 tween/teen kids). Well stocked with kitchen essentials and soap/paper products so didn’t have to run to the store all the time. Nice assortment of games and books. Also appreciated maps and hiking guides. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a very welcoming home with everything you need. Lots of extra things in kitchen too such as plastic bags, tea coffee etc. The location to the park and to town is excellent too. I gave four stars for cleanliness because sheets were left in dryer and under beds needed to be vacuumed better. We would definitely stay here again and encourage others to do so too! Great place!
