The apartment is located in a residential area in Pescara Colli near the Basilica of the Madonna dei Sette Dolori, a 5-minute walk from the Civil Hospital and the Pierangeli Clinic, and just under 3 km from the waterfront, Piazza Salotto, the Central Station, and all of the city’s tourist attractions.
Ideal whether you’re in Pescara for business or pure leisure!
The studio apartment is on the third floor of a residential complex equipped with an elevator and free parking.
Each room is equipped with a Smart TV, air conditioning, and fiber-optic Wi-Fi.
Kitchen with induction cooktop, dishwasher, oven, and refrigerator. Espresso machine and kettle for American coffee. Bimby TM31 Folletto food processor; We provide dishwasher tablets and cutlery soap, coffee capsules, children’s tableware, paper towels, disposable gloves, multi-surface spray cleaner, disinfectant wipes, and hand soap.
Independent heating.
Bathroom with a spacious shower stall.
Mini laundry room with a washing machine, laundry detergent tablets, and a Roomba robot vacuum.
An electric car charging station is available in the parking lot for a fee.
Upon request, we have a one-and-a-half-person sofa bed available for a third guest at a price to be agreed upon.

Love the host. He was very attentive, giving recommendations of where to go and things to do and was always checking on us to see if we needed anything. The apartment is very cozy and it has everything you need. Its also very close to everything. I definitely recommend it.
