Perfect for family getaways, this condo comfortably welcomes up to four adults and two children. It sleeps a maximum of six guests, with the sleeper sofa serving as the perfect cozy spot for the kids.
Savor your morning coffee in the warm, sunlight-filled living area, or spend the afternoon lakeside. As evening falls, retreat to your private deck to sip hot cocoa and gaze out at the spectacular, unobstructed night skies
Enter into the family/TV room featuring a Queen sleeper sofa and large TV. Walk down the hall to the wet bar, powder room, well-appointed kitchen, dining area and living room.
You'll find a private, stacked washer/dryer in a closet off the kitchen.
The guest bedroom has a Queen bed and attached bathroom with shower.
The Master suite features a Queen bed, TV and a private bathroom with shower.
Snowdrift Peak 203 will keep you warm and cozy in the winter and cool and comfortable in the summer with two Window Air Conditioning units, one in the kitchen/living room and one in the entry/family room.
This lovely condo accommodates a maximum of 6 people (4 adults, 2 kids) and will be your perfect mountain home away from home!
What to be aware of:
Mary's Lake HOA does not allow the rentals to have grills.
Parking is not reserved.
Please do not mail or ship anything to this home.
No Parties. No Smoking. No Pets-Fines apply.
No outside fires.
Estes Park is a Dark Sky Community. Bring a flashlight.
Bears in the area. Secure trash, lock doors and windows when leaving.
Quiet time at 9 p.m.
Local On-Call Staff available after hours for emergency issues only, i.e. gas leak, broken furnace, broken water line.
Snow Plowing / shoveling occurs when we have 4 inches of fresh snow on the ground prior to your arrival.
The HOA-managed outdoor community pool, hot tub and fire pit are open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day (or longer) at the sole discretion of the Mary's Lake Condominiums HOA. These community facilities are managed and maintained by the HOA of Mary's Lake Condominiums. SkyRun does not control them and they may not be maintained to our standards. Guests are welcome to use these community facilities, but please note that these community amenities are not offered as part of the terms of any guest reservation. Full or partial refunds are not subject to the status of the community pool, hot tub or fire pit.
Management provides a starter kit of amenities to get you through your first day, including: an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one extra roll of paper towels, 2-3 garbage bags, sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap, 2-3 laundry powder packs, 4-5 dishwashing pods, liquid dishwashing soap, and a single brew coffee pack. Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products as needed beyond this starter kit.

This is a great property!! It is much bigger than it looks on the listing. It was very comfortable for 4 of us (two married couples). The star of the property is definitely the massive balcony with an AMAZING view of the mountains and Mary’s Lake. The property was spotless at check in. The pool and hot tub is run by the HOA and not the rental, so be aware it isn’t quite as spotless. But very enjoyable nonetheless!My only suggestion would be that the hosts should provide more cooking basics. There are plenty of pots, pants, utensils, etc, but only salt and pepper. No oil, sugar for coffee, etc. For a stay only 4 days long it felt silly to purchase these items, but we did.

Stayed here for 4 nights with family. It had plenty of room and had excellent views from the spacious deck. It was close to everywhere we wanted to go. Excellent place to stay and would recommend to anyone. Air conditioners were a nice touch for us as we are used to sleeping in air conditioning!!!

Snowdrift Peak 203 was clean with comfortable beds. However, with no A/C it was Definitely hot and stuffy. We of course wanted to open the windows, which we did however, there were only screens on the back bedroom windows. There was no window screens on any other windows in the property which made it uncomfortable to leave open overnight. The tall table on the deck was wobbly, making it impossible to sit at and enjoy a meal or a drink. while I understand that the pool and hot tub is run by the HOA it shouldn’t even be advertised as an option with the property, the hot tub itself was not working and cold while the pool was dirty and less than desirable to swim in. It was very disappointing for our kids.
