*Living Room features a Dining Table that can seat up to 12 Guests. Additional seats are available at the breakfast nook table, outside patio table and folding table and chairs. We had a wonderful stay! Everything was exactly as advertised, and the home was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The layout worked perfectly for our family, especially having a bedroom conveniently located on the first floor.One thing we really appreciated was the abundance of windows and backyard doors, which allowed for a wonderful cross breeze and kept the home feeling fresh and airy. The location, being a little farther from the ocean, was actually a big advantage - it provided fresh coastal air without the extra humidity, making the home very comfortable throughout our stay.The bathrooms were all beautifully renovated, generously sized, and added to the overall comfort of the home. The backyard was a great place to relax. The gated community felt very safe, was family-friendly, and was exceptionally well maintained. We also enjoyed the large community pool, which was a fantastic amenity.The home also has easy access to the freeway, making it convenient to get around and explore the surrounding area. Overall, we had an excellent experience and would gladly stay here again. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-maintained vacation rental.

My family & I had a wonderful stay and everything went smoothly from start to finish. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We really enjoyed our time here and appreciated the great experience. We would definitely stay here again and look forward to returning.
