The Space:

A bright 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo on the 42nd floor of The Club at Brickell Bay, with a private balcony over Biscayne Bay and the Brickell skyline.



Bedrooms: a king bed in the main bedroom, two queen beds in the second bedroom. The living room adds a sofa bed, a single bed and a floor mattress, for up to 8 guests.

Kitchen: fully equipped, with granite counters, dishwasher and oven.

Laundry: washer and dryer inside the unit.

Wifi and a dining table that works as a desk.

Pets are welcome.



Parking: one space in the building garage is included. A second car parks at the independent garage across the street, at its own rates.



Building amenities on the 14th floor: two heated pools overlooking the bay with sun loungers, a hot tub, a barbecue area, a 24-hour gym, a game room with a pool table, a children's playroom and a residents' lounge. 24/7 front desk and security.



Guest Access:

The whole apartment is yours, plus every shared building amenity.



Arrival: 1200 Brickell Bay Drive, main entrance. The 24/7 front desk and security team will direct you to the elevators. Your full check-in instructions arrive in your messages before the stay; if anything is unclear when you get there, message us and we answer fast.



Your key fob opens the 14th-floor amenities (pools, hot tub, gym, game room). Keep it with you.



Parking: the building garage has a tight spiral ramp. Cars and standard SUVs fit; large vans, pickups and oversized vehicles should use the independent garage across the street.



The Neighborhood:

Brickell is Miami's walkable financial district on Biscayne Bay. From the building, Mary Brickell Village is about a 5-minute walk and Brickell City Centre about 10, with restaurants, cafés and shops on every block in between. The bayfront walk and Brickell Key are next door. South Beach, Wynwood and Key Biscayne are each about 15 to 20 minutes by car.



Getting Around:

Walking covers most of Brickell. The free Metromover has a stop a few blocks away and loops through Brickell and Downtown. Uber and Lyft arrive quickly. Miami International Airport is about 20 minutes by car outside rush hour. One parking space in the building is included.



Other Things to Note:

KEY FOB: the building issues one fob per apartment. For a second access, the front desk or management office sells a mobile-app fob for $10.
