Perfectly located a short walk to the beach, lovely views of the sunset and night sky from the terrace. We appreciated the bedroom air conditioning, and having everything we needed, including a beach umbrella. Sebastiano kindly arranged a cot and he responded promptly to all our queries.

Sebastiano’s home served as a wonderful place to enjoy the Island of Elba. We chose not to bring a car, so the location was perfect - a quiet place to retreat to after days sunbathing or exploring nearby towns. It was a just a 3 minute walk to the beach and a short walk to the centre of Procchio. The weather was great and we took advantage of the large and beautiful patio area, with a view of the bay, for meals and lounging. The house was spacious and comfortable and had a well-equipped kitchen. You could tell it has been a home to family and friends who enjoyed life in Procchio. Sebastiano was available and attentive when we had questions, responding quickly by phone or text.We would definitely stay there again!
