About this house rental
Your, newly renovated, private home is in the prestigious gated community of La Paloma, with soaring Catalina Mountains views. The southwestern-style home is 2100’, located in a quiet neighborhood suitable for walking, bicycling, and hiking. It is just minutes away from hiking trails, golf courses, tennis/ pickleball courts, and the University of Arizona. The newly renovated house offers soaring ceilings, large windows, 2 gas fireplaces & porcelain wooden floors throughout the 3 bedrooms (one used as a reading room/study), and 2 1/2 baths. There is an oversized gourmet kitchen with double ovens for everything that you might need to serve a delicious meal. The backyard is a quiet oasis with no homes behind you. Enjoy a barbecue meal as you watch the sun set from your enclosed back yard. All linens, towels, cooking and dishes are are provided. There is a two car garage with an extra refrigerator for your use. It is a nice walk , bike ride or drive to La Encantada offering high end shopping and gourmet dining. St. Phillips Plaza with restaurants, special events featuring music and wine tasting is a 5 minute drive. The closest grocery stores are AJ's Fine Foods in La Encantada, Safeway, Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods just minutes away. Nearby coffee shops include Starbucks, Nekter Juice Bar and Savaya Coffee Market. Nearby restaurants include Wild Garlic Grill, Tavolino and Fleming's Prime Steakhouse, Blanco’s, North and a number more offering diverse cuisines.

Very nice place to stay!! Catalina foothills are beautiful and this property didn’t disappoint. We had lots of room. Thanks to Bill and Susan for allowing us to stay in their beautiful home. We will be back!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this well-equipped, clean, and comfortable home. The host was personable, responsive, and truly accommodating—making check-in and communication a breeze. The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were cozy, and the entire home was spotless. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into maintaining the property. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
