About this villa rental
A villa with a pool located in the countryside of Polignano a Mare, just 5 km from the sheer cliffs overlooking the Adriatic Sea that are characteristic of this Apulian town. It is nestled in the picturesque rural landscape of southeastern Bari, characterized by dry-stone walls, olive trees, and carob trees. The villa is located at the center of an area that allows you to visit not only nearby Polignano a Mare, but also Conversano with its cultural heritage, Castellana with its beautiful limestone formations in the caves, and Monopoli with its beaches. It features three bedrooms sleeping six, three bathrooms—one en suite and another near the pool. All rooms are equipped with heating and air conditioning. The house is nearly energy-neutral and is rated Class A4. It features a fireplace, a barbecue area, a spacious veranda, and several relaxation areas with lounge chairs and umbrellas by the pool.

A very nice villa to stay for holidays - everything was absolutely perfect and the oener - especially Silvia - was always helpful and very friendly. The pool was very nice and enjoyable - the air condition always giving the right climate to survive the hot weather. Thanks a lot for hosting us
