About this apartment rental
Attic apartment consisting of a single open space, complete with a private bathroom, kitchenette, and an adjoining terrace for the exclusive use of the attic’s guests, featuring an outdoor shower with hot water, lounge chairs, sunbeds, and an outdoor table with armchairs. In addition, you’ll have access to air conditioning, a comfortable bed, memory gel pillows, high-quality sheets, and soundproof thermal-break windows with 100% blackout blinds. The kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator, an electric oven, and everything you need to prepare meals, aperitifs, and—above all—an excellent Neapolitan coffee. Alternatively, you can make a nice herbal tea and enjoy the honey produced by your host! The bathroom is simple yet very elegant, thanks to its decorative tiles, high-quality fixtures, and glass-enclosed shower.
The accommodations are located inside a private villa: the host and their family live on the lower floors and are always available to offer any help or advice on activities you’d like to do.
To reach the accommodation, you’ll need to climb 40 comfortable steps, but don’t worry—we’ll help you with your heaviest luggage. On the plus side, the stairwell is a real treat to look at, thanks to its decorative tiles and wrought-iron railing: you’ll feel the atmosphere of the 1960s.
