Villa Surprise – A house suspended between the ocean and the dunes
There are places where you immediately forget about everyday life. Villa Surprise is one of them.
Perched on the dune, facing the Atlantic, this villa offers an exceptional panorama where the ocean accompanies your every moment. Here, there are no roads to cross, no car to take: a few steps are enough to reach the beach thanks to your private access.
In the morning, enjoy your coffee on the terrace while the sun lights up the ocean. The more sporty can walk to the Amélie surf spot, located at the end of the garden. The others will prefer a walk on the beach or a bike ride to the Soulac-sur-Mer market.
On the way back, share a lunch facing the sea, let the children play in the garden, enjoy a game of pétanque or make yourself comfortable in the living room for a movie night.
Then comes the favorite moment of our travelers: the sunset. Every evening, the sky offers a different spectacle, visible from the terrace, a drink in hand, with the only sound of the surf of the waves.

The accommodation
The villa consists of four bedrooms, each with its own private shower room, so that everyone can enjoy their space and privacy.
Two master suites are on the first floor and two more bedrooms on the second floor. From each of them, the ocean is always present.
The large living space, bathed in light thanks to its large bay windows, brings together a fully equipped kitchen, a convivial dining room and a living room with home cinema, ideal for extending the evenings after a day spent at the beach.
Outside, everything is there to make the most of every moment:
• Oceanfront terrace with a large table for 12 guests;
• outdoor lounge to admire the sunsets;
• petanque court;
• fully enclosed garden;
• private access to the beach;
• Private parking for up to five vehicles.
