If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges, and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, our community patrols will contact the authorities and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
SMOKING AND DRUGS Smoking inside the property is prohibited. If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind inside the property or around the community, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
DISTURBANCES: Guests shall behave in a civilized manner and shall be good neighbors, noise or disturbances that interfere with the quiet enjoyment of their property should not be made. It was very nice the water just takes a while to get hot in the showers

The house was in rough shape. Dirty carpets. Lots of marks on the walls and doors. The kitchen had the bare minimum of utensils so if your looking to cook their bring your own. Barely any towels as well so bring your own. The location was great. Beds were comfortable and the air conditioner worked great. Just needs some tlc.
