About this apartment rental

Featuring two decks, two queen beds, a queen sleeper sofa and full kitchen, Unit 277 is a beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo overlooking the mountains and Fall River. Enjoy evenings in front of a wood-burning fireplace with cable TV and free DVD movie rentals or explore downtown shopping and dining five minutes from your door. Located one mile from Rocky Mountain National Park, your stay includes a heated pool and on-site fishing in the summer with complimentary snowshoe rentals during the winter. Free Wi-Fi. Sleeps six.

Very nicely maintained upper floor property close to RMNP with a lovely river view from the bedroom deck. All the amenities you need and helpful staff on site during the day. Also very close to Wedgewood’s Della Terra wedding venue. We used this property for family wedding guests with younger children who also enjoyed the pool. We highly recommend this property for your Estes Park stay!

Nice condo and location. Room renovation was very helpful since the building is quite old.

Many things were missing in the house which made the stay uncomfortable. The bathroom (common) was completely unusable for bath, and no hot water and water was very slow and door was at verge of breaking.
