It combines the charm and coziness of a mountain cabin with the comfort of a modern, spacious vacation home. 220 m² all to yourselves. The ALPIN CHALET Classic in Flachau is centrally located, right at the entrance to the village. It’s 500 m to each of the two major lift stations—Achter Jet and Space Jet—which feature ski schools and sports shops. The ski area extends from Flachau to Wagrain and, via the G-Link, across the valley to St. Johann-Alpendorf. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find a supermarket, restaurants, pizzerias, and bars.
Alpin-Chalet Classic:
220 m², Alpine loft with kitchen, Alpine atrium, 4 sleeping areas with shower/toilet, sunroom with sauna and double bed. Base rental price for up to 12 guests; maximum occupancy is 18 guests, expandable to 24 with an extra room. The kitchen is generously equipped with dishes, glasses, and silverware for 24 people. Amateur chefs will find all standard kitchen appliances and a wide range of pots and pans.
On-site costs: This rental price includes everything: VAT, bed linens and towels, Wi-Fi, electricity, heating, and sauna, trash removal, and a guest card. Additional charges: - Final cleaning: 390 euros - Pet fee: 20 euros per pet per day
Check-in is possible from 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., and check-out is from 12:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.
