This cozy vacation rental is located on the first floor and offers 60 square meters of space for up to 3 adults and one toddler. The cozy living room, featuring a large sleeper sofa and satellite TV, is the perfect place to relax. The fully equipped kitchen, featuring a dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, and coffee pad machine, has everything you could need. The bedroom features a large double bed, a wardrobe, and a radio alarm clock. A baby crib and a high chair are also provided. The bathroom, which gets natural light, features a shower, sink, toilet, and hair dryer. All linens are included (bed linens, towels, dish towels). Especially in the summer, you can relax in the garden or on the patio. Sun loungers are available. Your only neighbor is the forest. You can use the Wi-Fi and the parking space in front of the house free of charge. Non-smoking apartment. The vacation rental is located 3 km from the center of Grafenau and offers a free city bus connection. Quiet and idyllic location, right on the edge of the forest with a view of the Frauenberg. Short distances to the Lusen and Rachel mountains and to the Bavarian Forest National Park with its treetop walk. Numerous hiking trails in the area. A popular hiking trail leads right past the house. Several swimming lakes in the area. A summer toboggan run and an outdoor wave pool right in Grafenau. The “Bärareal” in the Kur-Erlebnispark features a great playground, as well as the Babalu Indoor Amusement Park for younger guests. Free parking within the city limits and discounted admission with a guest card. For the mandatory visitor’s tax (National Park Card) of 3.00 euros per night for guests aged 16 and older and 1.60 euros for children aged 6 and older, you’ll receive many discounts. The Igelbus and Waldbahn will take you to many interesting destinations free of charge. Passau, the “City of Three Rivers,” with its many sights and boat tours, is about a 35-minute drive away. A deposit of 50% is due immediately after booking. The remaining balance must be transferred no later than 1 week before your arrival. As soon as the payment is received, you will receive the code for the key box. Check-in is available starting at 2:00 PM. Check-out is due by 10:00 AM. Keys are provided via a key box. You will receive the code for it well in advance of your arrival. A crib can be provided free of charge upon request. Pets are not allowed, but may be permitted in exceptional cases for a fee of 30.00 per stay. The visitor’s tax of 3 EUR per adult per night and 1.60 EUR per night for children ages 6–15 will be charged separately on site.
