● POOL/SPA Heat is available for $40 dollars per night and must be turned on for the duration of the stay. Heating will typically run on a timer from morning to evening each day. If the stay coincides with extremely cold temperatures, the water may not heat to the desired temperature. The pool heater is required to heat the spa and operates as one system. The pool will warm while the spa is off and when the spa is activated, the heater redirects its power to the spa. Please kindly let us know in advance if you’d like to add this to your reservation as the technician does apply a $50 service fee if requested to turned on the day of arrival or after.

● Please kindly note that Pool/Spa Heat is Not offered throughout (April to October) due to increased outside air temperature/summer heat and humidity with not being able to feel the full effects.

● Please note that a professional pool technician visits once weekly at unannounced times for maintenance and cleaning, ensuring the pool meets safety standards. The technician enters the property from outside the home/exterior lanai and does not enter indoors.

● Please kindly note the thermostat is locked to prevent the temperature from being set below 72°F for safety reasons and prevent the unit from freezing.

● Please kindly note that we are unable to store luggage before check-in or after check-out due to platform liability policies.

● Please note that the Championsgate registration system requires a QR code parking pass for resort access. A valid email address will be requested after booking to send your parking pass.
