This 1 bedroom condo is fully furnished with a king sized bed, murphy bed (wall bed), a sleeper sofa, and will comfortably accommodate 6 guests! This condo offers a spacious living area, full sized bathroom, full kitchen area, and a private ocean view balcony right off the living area. With warm and welcoming colors, a beautiful shiplap accent wall for the perfect coastal feel.

Great communication from host. First night the AC in the living room wasn’t working and it was replaced by the next afternoon. Very nice condo! The mattress was EXTREMELY comfortable! The only complaint I have is somewhere between booking and our arrival date they switched the rooms. Originally the bedroom was what you walked into when you open the condo door and the living room was in the back room with the Murphy bed. This was one of the main reason we booked this condo, so my son and his friend could have the living room to themselves. One on the pull out sofa bed and one on the Murphy bed. At some point the rooms were switched which put the Murphy bed in the bedroom with us. This meant my son had to sleep in the room with us and his friend had to sleep in the living room alone. Not a dealbreaker but it was kind of an inconvenience.

The place was perfect. Pet friendly. The view was great. The only issue was the room not being thoroughly cleaned. They need to put extra time to have a nice clean room. Other than that, perfect location and had a great time. I do recommend this one.

3rd floor was good for using back stairs with dog to get out to grass and beach
