The hotel is clean, the room is comfortable, and it is in a good neighborhood with easy access to the main attractions and the airport. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a lovely 2–3 day stay!
Just a note: the courtyard-facing receive limited natural light and may feel a little more cozy and subdued.

The staff were very helpful.
The reception area was small, but very clean. Flavored waters and pastry in the lobby.
Rooms very small but very clean. Tubs looked inviting, but were hard to climb out of when wet. A grab bar would be helpful.
Breakfast was adequate, not appetizing.

Front desk staff was very helpful. Hotel Luena's location is perfect for exploring and getting to know Lisbon. The breakfast is great, lots of options.
The rooms feel small and the layout was a bit uncomfortable to navigate. The AC took sometime to get working.

The reception was friendly and helpful. Good command in English. The smiling of the receptionist is very pleasant and welcoming. The breakfast was excellent. The room was very tastefully decorated and designed. The bathroom was a nice surprise. Attentions paid to travellers' needs.
The room , other than the bathroom, was way too congested for two adults. With one single chair and sofa for one, there was no space left even for the luggages of two adults to be placed.A true obstacle course to even walk around. The safe was good and functional. The hotel was a bit far from the Metro station. I was deceived by the spaciousness of the room in the advertising picture. Asking for 2 separated single beds, the room had two single beds touching side by side.
