This beautiful 2-room apartment is centrally located in Scharbeutz and can accommodate up to three people. This stylish apartment underwent a partial renovation in early 2023 and now features many great new touches that make it even more modern.
The Baltic Sea beach is just a few minutes’ walk away. The apartment is on the first floor and features a north-west-facing terrace. The living-dining area includes a kitchenette with an oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave, a De’Longhi coffee maker, and a modern dining area that seats four people. The living area features a cozy sofa set. The bedroom offers a box-spring bed with a full-length topper (1.80 x 2.00), 60 cm high, as well as a spacious closet. From there, you also have access to the terrace. The modern bathroom, completely renovated in early 2023 and featuring a walk-in shower, rounds out the apartment. The terrace is furnished with a beach chair and seating, where you can enjoy the evening sun with a glass of wine. You’ll find a parking space right next to the house. Wi-Fi is available in the apartment.
