The accommodation
The structure is distributed on two levels: on the first level, there is access through a stone staircase that leads to the magnificent terrace with a stone floor surrounded by the ancient brick wall and a polished rock wall. From the terrace you access the interior of the establishment arriving in a Provençal-style kitchenette and the corridor that allows access to the living room with a large kitchen and the suite of the private staff room. Continuing down the hallway, there is the living room with fireplace, a toilet with sink and a full bathroom carved into the rock. On the second level, a long corridor leads to the three double bedrooms all with private bathroom, heating, air conditioners, large showers and washbasins in brand new and design thirties style. All rooms have the latest generation smart TV and quality décor with 160 x 190 double beds with top quality mattresses 30 cm high (except the economy which has the French bed).
Traveler access
The entire establishment is at your disposal, there remains the presence on site of the staff (owner or companion of the owner) who have a private room with bathroom on the first level. Both are at your disposal to prepare breakfast according to your needs, prepare sack lunches, aperitifs on the terrace with background music, dinners on request and according to availability. Total privacy guaranteed and personalized services for a "total relax" holiday of a high level. The room with large kitchen is at your disposal but the use of the kitchen is NOT allowed, only the staff can use the fires and cook, the refrigerator is shared with the staff to be able to prepare breakfasts and dinners for you.
Other remarks
The price offered includes, in addition to the stay, customizable services of preparation of breakfasts and aperitifs, any sack lunches and dinners are on request with payment at your expense for food and drinks. Daily cleaning of common areas, simple daily rearrangement of rooms and linen change every 3 days all inclusive. Breakfasts are all inclusive, while for aperitifs, sack lunches or dinners (set menus, home cooking) are on request and subject to availability, preparation is included in the price while food and drinks are at the customer's expense. Fabio and/or Martina will delight you with aperitif proposals and set menus of selected and quality typical products. Fabio has an excellent knowledge of local and French wines, Martina has twenty years of experience in the dining room in high-level catering.
