This charming, light-filled 2-room maisonette apartment with upscale amenities accommodates 2–4 people. With its proximity to the beach (600 m) and a view of the greenery from the balcony, it offers pure nature. Its proximity to the Scharbeutz forest high ropes course makes it the perfect spot for a walk in the woods followed by a trip to the beach. A small path (“Die Wolfsschlucht”) runs along the edge of the forest and leads directly to the beach and the boardwalk.
Thanks to its central location, both Scharbeutz and Timmendorf are within easy reach.
The separate entrance gives the property a home-like feel.
The apartment consists of a large living room with high-quality leather furniture, a 4K flat-screen TV, satellite connection, Blu-ray player, Wi-Fi, and a stereo system, and features high-quality solid wood flooring. The living room cabinet contains an easily fold-out double bed (sleeping area 1.60 m x 1.90 m). You are welcome to use the electric grill provided on the balcony.
The bright kitchen-dining area features a stove with a ceramic cooktop and a convection oven, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator/freezer. The dining area is separated by a kitchen counter.
The separate, bright bedroom on the 2nd floor features a double bed, a swiveling flat-screen TV (only public broadcasters are available here), a built-in wardrobe, a desk, and a side view of the Baltic Sea!
The spacious bathroom features a shower, washing machine, makeup mirror, and hair dryer.
A private parking space to the right of the building entrance (the one on the left) is available. The parking space has two bike racks that can accommodate up to four bicycles.
