About this villa rental
Villa Vineta is situated in a prime location right on the beach promenade in Bansin. With its two distinctive towers, it is one of the most beautiful beach villas on the island of Usedom. Following a complete renovation, Villa Vineta offers state-of-the-art amenities (e.g., elevator, sauna [for a fee], washer/dryer [for a fee]) in a historic setting. Surrounded by the Baltic Sea on one side and Lake Schloonsee on the other, it offers a magnificent view of the water! The location right on the beach, surrounded by beautiful villas, is unbeatable!
Vineta 08:
Apartment No. 08 is located on the promenade level, i.e., above the entrance level. This means you have access to your own small garden and the promenade via the balcony (with a door).
The apartment features numerous windows and is filled with natural light. The bay window offers an unobstructed view of the sea and distant ship traffic.
The spacious living area with an open kitchen provides the perfect setting for a pleasant stay. You’ll have plenty of space to move around in the daylight-filled bathroom and the bedroom, which is decorated in off-white tones. Of course, Wi-Fi is available.
The building features an elevator, a sauna (for a fee), and a laundry room with washing machines and dryers. These facilities may be temporarily unavailable.
Behind the building is the apartment’s private parking space, as well as a place to store your bicycles.
During the summer season (and possibly beyond), the apartment’s private beach chair is set up on the beach, right behind the promenade. However, circumstances may arise that prevent its use, so there is no guarantee of access.
Since we are partners with the Golfhotel Balmer See and the Baltic Hills Golf Resort, you’ll receive a 30% discount on green fees at these golf clubs.
Check-in is available from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., and check-out is from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
