Access to the apartment is by manual keys, which are handed out directly at check-in.

BEFORE ARRIVAL
- When booking, we will send you a link to fill in the fast check-in form. You will be required to enter the identification data and sign a tourist (or short) lease, as required by the Italian law on rentals. 
- The tourist tax is not included in the total booking. Prepare the sum in cash, equal to €1 per night per person, to be paid on arrival. 
- This solution is managed by MONHOLIDAY SRL. The reception is open every day and is located in Via Vittorio Veneto 10, in the city centre of Monopoli.  
LATE CHECK-IN
- After 10 pm, for structures without a safety deposit box, check-in in presence has a cost of € 25, to be paid in cash on arrival.
LATE CHECK-OUT
- Late check-out is not provided. If possible, subject to availability, the cost for each additional hour after 10 am, but not later than 1 pm, is € 15 per hour, to be paid in cash on exit.
NO SMOKING
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the building.
In case of violation will be charged an amount of €200.
ANIMALS NOT ALLOWED
- We apologize if it is not possible to accommodate your pets.

SEPARATE WASTE COLLECTION
- Separate collection must be carried out correctly. 
You will find the initial equipment at your entrance and we will send you the instructions to make it better.
In case of violation, an amount of €100 will be charged.
CRIB
- On request. The cost is €70 for the duration of the stay and you will have a mattress cover with corners, sheets under/ above, pillows and pillowcases.
DEPOSIT
- €250, payable on arrival in cash or by credit card as guarantee within 7 days before.
