Sleeps 8 comfortably with two full-size living room futons. Washer and dryer included. Just a 5-minute drive or 20-minute walk to downtown and Rocky Mountain National Park. Long’s Peak trailhead 15 minutes away; Scenic Trail Ridge Road 5 minutes. Pets considered with $30 fee per pet (max 3); must be leashed outdoors as yards are unfenced. Exterior security cameras onsite. We reserve the right to cancel reservations.

The house was very clean and the views are as gorgeous as advertised. The beds are comfortable and the house had toiletries and supplies for the bathrooms and kitchen. We were visited daily by elk in the front and back yard! The house is pet friendly and had plenty of space for the seven of us staying here. The location was so convenient to downtown Estes Park, the YMCA, and Rocky Mountain National Park.

This was a great location for exploring hiking trails in RMNP and for enjoying all that downtown Estes has to offer. We had 4 adults and 2 kids stay and was comfortable with the overall size of the property. The porch off the upstairs bedroom has great views to enjoy in the morning or late evening! Only issue we had was ice machine in fridge didn’t work great.
