• DAMAGES: Guests are responsible for any missing or damaged items and agree to pay the retail value for any such items.
• LOCAL GUEST BOOKING POLICY: Locals must first contact host prior to booking. Failure to do so may result in cancelation without the possibility of a refund.
• PRIMARY GUEST AGE REQUIREMENT: The primary guest making the reservation must be 35 years of age or older.

• All properties are contactless checkin. All check-ins begin at 4 PM unless otherwise approved in writing. Edits made to an earlier time do not override this policy.
• Late arrivals after 8 PM are still welcome, but live assistance may be limited.
• Local residents must message before booking. Non-inquiry local bookings may be canceled without refund.
• If making a reservation with a same day checkin, checkin time is subject to change depending on cleaning schedule for that day.
• Refunds, if applicable, are subject to a 3% processing fee. This does not apply to HVMB reservations.

This place was a great get away the house was very nice and special very roomy in all 3 rooms out door space is very nice and peaceful I enjoyed it and will book again also the host is great communication was on point thanks for having us

This property was absolutely perfect for our family week together. There was plenty of room for the 8 of us to sleep, eat, and hang out in the living room, at the kitchen table, or on the back deck watching the rabbits and deer in the back yard. The house is beautifully decorated and the yard is very well maintained. The beds are comfortable and the sheets are crisp. I did have to borrow blankets from a couple of the extra beds because I’m the one that is always cold, but everyone else was comfortable. Chase was amazing to work with. He was very kind, compassionate, and worked diligently to help is achieve our every desire. We would 10/10 recommend staying at this property. We will definitely be back next time we are all in Nashville.
