This apartment is located in a building in the heart of Trastevere, one of the city’s most charming neighborhoods, an area rich in tradition and folklore.
It is on the first floor of a building equipped with an elevator (not accessible to people with disabilities). There is a flight of stairs.
With 119 square meters of space, it accommodates 4 people with two bedrooms and three full bathrooms.
Parking is available for a fee on the street or at the Trastevere Parking lot, a 5-minute walk away.
The property is located in a restricted traffic zone (ZTL).
The interior is laid out as follows:
LIVING AREA. Kitchenette equipped with a four-burner gas stove, refrigerator and freezer, conventional oven and microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee maker and moka pot, toaster, wine glasses, and various kitchen utensils. TV and dining table, two-seater sofa. Split air conditioner.
BATHROOM 1. Shower stall, bidet, toilet, sink, hair dryer, and washing machine.
BEDROOM 1. Double bed (1.60x1.90 meters), two nightstands with lamps, TV, and closet. Split AC unit.
LIVING ROOM. Sofa, TV. Ceiling fan.
* Note: The living room is accessible ONLY from Bedroom 1.
BATHROOM 2 (inside Bedroom 1). Shower stall, bidet, toilet, sink, and hair dryer.
BEDROOM 2. Double bed (1.60 x 1.90 m), two nightstands with lamps, TV, and closet. Split-system AC.
BATHROOM 3 (inside Bedroom 2). Shower stall, bidet, toilet, sink, and hair dryer.
OTHER AMENITIES AVAILABLE. Unlimited Wi-Fi, iron and ironing board, clothesline.

PLEASE NOTE: To open the windows in the two bedrooms, you must step up one step.
- From Fiumicino Airport, you can reach the apartment by taking the regional train from Fiumicino Aeroporto station to the Roma Trastevere stop, where you’ll need to transfer to tram line 8 (Venezia), departing from the Stazione Trastevere stop and heading to the Trastevere/Min. P. Istruzione, a 5-minute walk from the apartment.
- From Roma Termini Station, you can reach the building by taking the H Dei Capasso bus line, departing from the Termini (H) stop and getting off at the Trastevere/Min. Pubblica Istruzione stop, a 5-minute walk from the apartment.
If you’re traveling by car, be aware of the restricted traffic zone (ZTL) from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. year-round and also from 9:00 p.m. to 3:00 a.m. from June through August. You may find paid street parking (not guaranteed) or park—for a fee—at Trastevere Parking, a 5-minute walk away.

Awesome location. Dozens of restaurants, cafe's and Rome attractions in walking distance. Apartment had a great lay out for two couples. Communication re apartment access was an issue. Spent 2/1/2 hours outside waiting for help in accessing the building on day one. Another night came home and an apparent server issue did not have the front door app working. The apartment manager sent us an address to go get an emergency key, 45 minute walk away. Some amenities were sparse. Only one towel each, for a week. Only one tea towel for a week. Yes you could wash them but would take two days to dry. No face cloths. Would have been nice to swap them out. We asked for additional towels. We're told they would be a cost. We asked how much but heard nothing back. Broom and Swiffer both broken so made daily clean up difficult. Also missing a cutting board that was shown in the apartment video. That makes me worry about you countertops if others don't take good care. Just a dribble of dish soap and with only one plate and utensil per person you needed to wash them up each mail.

The property itself was wonderful and well appointed. We loved the location and convenience. Check in process and communication were terrible and the apartment “key” process was very inefficient
