About this apartment rental
Our 40-square-meter mini-house for one to two guests is located in the center of Großostheim on a small, quiet street. The rooms were renovated in 2021 and have been lovingly furnished. You’ll find a cozy two-story house with a private parking space in front of the house. A wallbox (for a fee) is available right next to the parking space for electric cars.
The basement features a fully equipped kitchen with a stove/oven, large refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and washer-dryer. Next to the kitchen is the bathroom with a shower. Upstairs is the living room with a couch, armchair, a large smart TV (55-inch with MagentaTV, including Netflix and RTL+), and a desk; next to it is a separate, cozy bedroom with a queen-size bed, also featuring a TV (with MagentaTV, including Netflix and RTL+) and air conditioning.

The accommodation had everything we needed for our 10 day stay. Location to bakery, grocery store and restaurants was convenient. All the added touches of the fruit basket, candies and kitchen staples were very helpful. The place was spotless. Thank you
