About this villa rental
A charming, detached villa of approximately 100 square meters, surrounded by the tranquility of the Tuscan countryside. Inside, it features a living room with a white wooden kitchen, a lounge area, a double bedroom, a bedroom with three single beds, and two comfortable bathrooms with showers. The house is surrounded by 10,000 meters of fully fenced property; and the garden is furnished with outdoor chairs and a table—perfect for enjoying Tuscan summer dinners—while the little ones can have fun on the swings nestled among the holm oaks. Upon request, I can also accommodate pets.
As I have done for many years, I offer my guests a small gift from the house, featuring typical Tuscan products and jam for the little ones. In the area, you’ll find the natural hot springs of Sassetta, with various trails winding through the woods. Nearby are several restaurants and pizzerias where you can sample a variety of local game dishes and more.

We absolutely loved our time here. The villla is quite basic, but it has everything you need (other than perhaps and oven and a/c). The kids loved the pool, and the property is completely secluded, so they could be as loud as they wanted!
Nicla and her husband were especially friendly and helpful (despite our not speaking Italian) and even left us some homemade olive oil and apricot marmalade.
A wonderful stay - would definitely recommend.
