We had a wonderful stay at this property. We had a couple of questions before our visit and reached out to both the host and property management. They responded promptly and were very easy to communicate with. The house was more than spacious enough for our group of 11, with plenty of room to spread out or gather together. The open floor plan in the back of the house worked especially well for our family and made the space feel welcoming and functional. We had seen previous comments mentioning bugs or roaches, but this is Florida and occasional pests can happen. During our week-long stay, we saw one bug, took care of it, and it was not an issue. The location was excellent—close to shopping, parks, and plenty of entertainment options. The beds were comfortable, and no one in our group had any complaints. Mattress comfort is very much a personal preference, and we found them perfectly acceptable. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking necessities. Also really appreciated that second refrigerator, with our large group it was needed .My only suggestion would be to provide a few more bath, hand towels and washcloths. This did not impact our stay whatsoever, and overall we would absolutely recommend this home, especially considering the value for the price.

Host was very accommodating. Answered any questions that we might have had about anything. Four bedrooms had queen or king beds, 2 rooms had twin beds, and another had room had bunk beds, twin rooms had a Jack and Jill bathroom and all others had bathrooms. Pool was clean and a nice place to go after a very long day at Disney. The house was clean! No problems whatsoever.

Not bad for the price. However, there was some major problems with the new Zuul gate access system. One day they could find my name and the next they couldn't. I can't blame that on the host it was a Bella Veda initiative that was just horribly implemented and planned out. The house want immaculately clean but it wasn't dirt either. We had a few encounters with small roaches and spiders but not like an infestation. This is typical when visiting humid areas and guests didn't always close the doors and windows like they should. I wouldn't mind staying again.
