Chalet Theresa was built in 2020 using eco-friendly construction methods as an oasis of well-being.
Chalet Theresa is a premium log cabin with high-quality amenities, situated at approximately 1,500 meters above sea level, offering breathtaking views of the Carinthian mountains and a stunning ski area with artificial snow and breathtaking panoramic vistas.
You can enjoy magical sunrises from the panoramic windows, listen to the cowbells in the summer, or unwind in the sauna in the evening.
Our chalet ensures that you can completely relax, even during a short getaway.
We look forward to your visit and provide entertainment with our
4K TV in the living room and bedroom, featuring Amazon Prime, Netflix, DAZN, and YouTube, as well as Smart TV and Smart Home capabilities. At our bar, you can relax and enjoy coffee from our fully automatic coffee machine.
Plus, our professional ski boot dryer will keep your feet and hands warm every day, and you can grab your gear from the ski/bike room for your active vacation:
In the summer, we’re right in the heart of a hiking area with activities for the younger crowd, such as mountain biking,climbing/hiking trails, visits to alpine pastures where you can learn to make butter from cow’s milk, campfires for grilling, pony rides, and much more. The summer toboggan run from the mountaintop to the valley station is about a 10-minute walk from the chalet
IMPORTANT: Bed linens, hand and bath towels, coffee, and drinking water from our mountain springs are included with all bookings!

The house is very complete and offers you all you might need. The pictures do not really show everything, it is much more. So absolutely a must-stay location!
Some tips for the owner; better communication, sun shareds before the windows (especially the bed rooms on the front really get hot in the summer morning because of the sun), and many details need to be completed still (but we were not bothered at all).
Over all we are very positive about the house and the location!

The house was perfect. We had everything that we need. We had breathtaking views from every window and the balconies. It was very clean, neat and cozy. We had a posibility to use the sauna just a few steps from the house. The contact with the owner was very good. The house was very close to the skiing point. We would like to come here again.
