This charming little cottage offers:
3,5 bedrooms in approximately 95 square meters
A 9-meter-long east/south-facing balcony
A small garden with an unobstructed view
Sleeping arrangements: 2 beds (180x200 cm) and 2 beds (140x200 cm)
A large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a renovated bathroom
Guest access
From the parking lot, you can reach the cottage via a path approximately 30 meters long.
Additional important information
Smoking is not permitted inside the house.
Pullman City is only about 8 km away.
Shopping (Edeka) is available 1 km away.
Passau is 15 km away, the Austrian border is 30 km away, and the Czech Republic is 75 km away.
There are numerous treetop adventures and other attractions in the area.
