About this apartment rental
Easy Access Ground Level Apartment - Pet friendly with furnished patio, grill with propane and private fenced yard. King in master bedroom, 2nd sleeping area has double bed. Dog friendly. It is located at the 7th street beach walkover for quick and easy beach access, approximately a 100 foot walk. Only a six block walk into town for dining and great entertainment. This is a townhouse unit in a building that has three units.
WE ARE PET FRIENDLY! PLEASE SELECT THE "PET" BUTTON. Maximum 2 dogs and we do not accept cats or birds. The pet fee is $95.00 plus tax and covers both dogs. Please let us know the breed/s and weight/s of your dog/s upon booking.

Very close to beach access. Loved Folly Beach. Place was just as advertised. Would definitely recommend but 9:00 am checkout was a bit much

Our stay here was perfect. Although the accommodations are a bit rustic, they are perfect for a week at the beach which is just a few minutes walk. There is lovely outdoor space. We ended up not bringing our dog but certainly could have and she would have been most welcome as they are permitted to stay. It is an easy drive to Charleston sights and we took advantage of many of them.

This was a great property for a short weekend getaway. The location was only steps from the beach on a quiet street. The house was extremely clean. It was very pretty inside with lots of light. The only thing to comment on is that to get to the second bedroom you must go through the bathroom. It was fine for us because it was just us and our children. This could be an inconvenience if you were traveling with friends or there for several days. The host was clear and detailed in all their communication. The checkin and out process was also super easy. We had an enjoyable weekend here.

This was the last of several trips to Folly Beach and one of our best ones. Everything was clean and plenty of towels and everything you might need for a comfortable stay. I can confidently recommend this location for an enjoyable stay in the area. Located about 100 yards from public beach access.
