Casa Efix is a newly renovated apartment with two spacious bedrooms (sleeping 2 and 3 people) and a large terrace overlooking the Gulf of La Sciumara, ideal for dining during the day and in the evening, as well as for relaxing. The living room features a large sofa, a table, a smart TV, and a fully equipped kitchenette. It includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, induction cooktop, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, and juicer. The bathroom, which has a window, includes a shower, toilet, and bidet, while the washing machine is tucked away just outside in a laundry corner.
The complex is a 5-minute walk from the nearest beach (La Sciumara) and a 5-minute walk from the harbor, from which you can reach La Maddalena. However, it is located outside the town center, in a newly developed, elevated residential area that is quiet and offers scenic views. The swimming pool is located in the inner courtyard, while the Palau Tennis Club is just 100 meters from the complex.
