Our pet-friendly, 4-bedroom, 2-bath home sleeps 8 with room to gather after a day skiing at Gunstock or exploring New Hampshire’s Lakes Region. Enjoy home-cooked meals, cozy movie nights, and family games.
With comfortable bedrooms, thoughtful touches, and Susan’s responsive hosting, it’s an inviting home base for your winter getaway. This cozy lakeside getaway is ideal for multi-generational families or groups!
Enjoy deck seating and lake access. The private dock is located across the street from the main house. Guests may bring their own boat; no motorized boat is provided.
The home is approximately 10 minutes from Louden Racetrack, 20 minutes from Tilton Outlets, Weirs Beach, and Gunstock Ski Resort.
Please note the first floor basement (where white French doors are in the main house picture) is for owner storage only. Access to entire home is from the second floor side deck staircase.
Please note: There is a staircase inside the home to access the second floor King Size Bedroom and (2) Twin Bedroom.

- Yard is not fenced, but a dog leash line (back deck) is in good working condition

We stayed at the house for a my daughter’s wedding that was close by. The house was clean, pet friendly and had plenty of things like bath towels, plates, cups. The host was very responsive and made sure the gas grill, ice cubes were in the freezer and coffee K-cups were ready for our stay. Beds were comfortable and plenty of A/C to keep us cool. Beach access was across the street w/ lit wooden stairs leading down. We did have an issue w/ the electricity on the second floor but, the host again was very responsive and helpful in resolving the issue quickly. Lastly, parking was a little tight and additional parking is directly in front of the stairs to the beach area across the street. A Silverado and Explorer take up all of the driveway. We enjoyed our stay and would rent it again for a family trip.

Everything was great, would like to go again when the weather is better to be able to enjoy the lake. House had everything we needed and it was very comfortable.

We had a wonderful weekend with our family. Susan is a very attentive host and while we didn’t need her for our stay, she’s in constant communication with you to insure everything with your stay is perfect! We enjoyed ourselves immensely!!!!
