Indulge in the convenience of a fully stocked kitchen, perfect for crafting delectable meals to savor with loved ones. Curl up by the fireplace and enjoy the smart TVs with satellite/cable channels/apps, or challenge your family to a game of foosball in the game room or ping pong, corn hole & more. Venture out to the nearby Corolla Beach, just a 30-second walk; or bike to the nearby Corolla Historic park for breathtaking sunsets; explore the captivating Beach, under the safety of the lifeguard stand just steps from your doorstep. And, watch 4th of July fireworks right from the Legacy’s huge sun deck or under the cover of the large, comfortable screened porches! Before You Arrive:
To help ensure a safe and smooth stay, the following are conditions of booking and check-in: please complete the Rental Agreement (provided by Host), the guest registration form with all contact information, and have all adult guests (ages 29 and older) sign the Agreement.
Once these requirements are complete, your personalized contactless entry code will be provided during a brief check-in phone call, typically scheduled a few weeks before your arrival.
These steps help verify adult occupants, assist emergency responders if needed, and follow recommended lodging industry practices intended to help deter human trafficking. Thank you for helping us maintain a safe and enjoyable stay for all our guests.

Terri, our host, was super easy to work with and answered all of my questions quickly. The house is beautiful and filled with every kitchen appliance and gadget you could ever need. Beach chairs, bikes, umbrellas, toys and much more were readily available for our use. The walk to the beach was quick and access was easy. The salt water pool was lots of fun for the kids and grandkids after hot days on the beach. We made use of the outside showers routinely. There are many games for the family as well as a game room. Porches galore to pick from to relax on. We are extremely excited to plan our 2027 family vacation at this amazing home! Thank you Terri!!!

This property is spectacular! The kitchen was the most well equipped kitchen I have ever had in a beach rental. There were 5 adults and 5 children in my group and this vacation home accommodated us all very comfortably. My grand children loved the whale room and the bunk room! The outdoor pool and numerous outdoor spaces were a huge plus. The large screened in porch was enjoyed by all. My grand children loved the pool basketball hoops and variety of pool inflatables. It was a short walk to the beach and incredibly easy access to the beach. Owner provided beach chairs and boogie boards. The two large outdoor showers were used daily when returning from the beach! On a scale of one to ten, this property is an eleven!

This house is amazing. It is very welcoming and unique. Terri, the host, has thought of everything to make our vacation relaxing and easy. The house has EVERYTHiNG! It is very well cleaned and maintained also. The pool is incredible. We traveled with five children under 3 and they all were entertained between all the toys and pool. Walking distance to the ocean was perfect. Terri responds immediately to any questions and concerns. She is a fabulous host to work with.
