Relax with the whole family in this penthouse, which features 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. Its large terrace can be used as a sun deck as well as for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Quiet and peaceful in a residential neighborhood. Just a short walk from the beautiful Appia Antica Park, Caffarella Park, the catacombs, and churches such as Domine Quo Vadis, and just a few kilometers from the historic center of Garbatella.Traditional trattorias where you can savor Roman cuisine. Guided bike tours are available, and the property is just a few kilometers from the Colosseum and well-connected to the rest of the city.

A residential neighborhood with excellent transportation links, practically inside the Appia Antica Park; with monuments and historic streets just a few meters away, as well as trattorias and bars. Equally close are Caffarella Park, the Appian Way, and the Catacombs. Whether you choose to walk or take public transportation, you can reach the Colosseum—and thus the city’s historic center—in just a few kilometers. Alternatively, by taking a small train a few kilometers away, you can even reach the beach in less than an hour. A short walk of a few hundred meters takes you to the bus stop with routes to the main neighborhoods. The nearby Garbatella and San Paolo neighborhoods also have metro stations. Alternatively, if you bring your own bicycles, there are bike paths leading to the historic center. Taxis and private hire cars are always available.
