Historical home located in the heart of Lexington, Kentucky. Few minute walk to Woodland Park, Kroger, Starbucks, bars, and restaurants. Gas station right around the corner. A convenient 3 minute drive and you're in the middle of downtown Lexington. I came for a wedding and this place was perfect! Three minutes from the wedding venue, bagel shop and gas station right around the corner. Close to everything!

The location was very convenient. We stayed on the other side of the house last year. This side was much nicer. It was very comfortable and the kitchen was perfect.

We really enjoyed staying in this apartment right in the Chevy Chase part of Lexington. We liked the fact that the apartment has lots of free uncluttered surfaces that allow you to unpack your things without worrying about knocking something over. There is a large luxurious shower, a comfortable king-sized bed, well-equipped kitchen with two surfaces on which you can spread out (and work on your laptop, for example), and a large modern washer/dryer right off the kitchen. We were there on a very hot spell in the summer, and the apartment was well air-conditioned and had ceiling fans for those who like to have a little air circulation while sleeping. The apartment is not huge (it occupies only part of the house), but everything is laid out so well that it feels larger than it is. There is a large grocery and several good restaurants within walking distance, and there is off-street parking. We will definitely come back here in the future when in the area!
