About this apartment rental
This luxurious brand new penthouse is located on the 5th floor of Malaga's famous building Malaga Felix Saenz, which was considered the most privileged location of the city at the beginning of the 20th century. It was completely renovated in 2011.
The accommodation is on the top floor of the building and offers a large living room with a flat-screen TV, sofa, dining table and access to a narrow balcony overlooking the rooftops. The living room has access to a fully equipped kitchen; on the charming terrace, you will find a dining table and breathtaking views of the city. The bedroom has an extra large bed, a bathroom with shower, a wardrobe and also has access to the balcony. This apartment is of exceptional quality and is perfect for a romantic getaway in the city.
The accommodation has air conditioning, high speed internet, internet TV. For your convenience, we can arrange private parking at a nearby location for €15 per day, subject to availability. Please note that advance reservation is required to secure a parking space.

We loved our stay (10 days). The location is perfect. We knew we wanted to be in Old Town, even if we had to walk with our luggage for 2 blocks. We chose this place because of proximity to Ataranzas market ....and so glad we did! Ate lunch there 3 times, and bought fruit, veg and eggs. We didn't cook dinner at home but seemed like kitchen had enough to work with..easy enough for eggs, veggies and toast at breakfast. The size was great. Loved the terrace with table and chairs for coffee and breakfast every day, and even for yoga. Glad you could be outside and shut the doors to keep the inside cool! Better than a juliet balcony for sure! AC worked fine. And it was HOT outside. Happy to be able to wash clothes and line dry on the other terrace. Bately used living room and tv except at siesta. Were there things we'd do differently? Sure...a 2nd set of towels and sheets. More toilet paper. Ant bait for the sugar ants in the house. Better ice trays. A TV in the bedroom. A table /storage near the bath sink. But we made do with the ample storage in bedroom. Bed was comfy, appreciated having a selection of pillow types. Public trash only a block away. Grocery and bakery (Fermento!!!) nearby too. Easy and secure to use the key fob at building entry and the elevator, doorman nice. The Solaga folks were friendly and answered questions timely. Would absolutely stay here again.

Perfectly situated condo, walking distance to everything especially the Mercado Ataranzanas, was clean, well equipped, bed was amazingly comfortable, staff was friendly, communicative and helpful. Wifi was stable and the balconies North-East geographical orientation was ideal for my StarLink satellite. I was not aware cars can not drive up to the entrance so we had to roll our luggage for about a block. Was not a big deal but if we had more luggage it would’ve been a challenge. I would stay here again, highly recommend!

It was a good apartment, although the bathroom was very small and there was nowhere to put any toiletries.
A few small touches could improve the stay, such as a welcome pack or even a bottle of water and some teabags, milk and coffee etc.
The outside area was a little shabby and uninviting.
