About this house rental
Small villa with a large garden and private parking,inside a residence.The area was a mine until the 1950s and was organized as an autonomous hamlet.There were the miners' apartments,a communal bakery and a small church dedicated to St. Barbara. Towards the end of the 1990s the area was recovered and transformed into a residence of independent apartments ,each surrounded by a private garden and with some shared facilities such as a swimming pool and tennis court.The small church and the bakery were also recovered.All the units are spaced out so as to ensure sufficient privacy.The small villa is located in the heart of the chianti, just 20 km from Siena and 40 km from Florence. It consists of 7 rooms distributed in two floors: on the second floor a large living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom with hydromassage shower, upstairs another bathroom with shower and three bedrooms, two doubles and a single, for a total of 80 square meters.
The services with which it is equipped are:Wi-fi, oven washing machine, dishwasher, espresso and American coffee machine hair dryer, microwave oven, sheets and linens, various accessories for the tennis court and the swimming pool.There is a tourist tax of 2€ per person for the first 7 days from January 1 to December 31 Children under 12 are excluded from the tax
Prices quoted are for the apartment, there is also an additional charge of 50 euros for final cleaning.
